Welcome to Action Button Media. By enrolling in the ABC 90-Day Scaling Program (“the Program”), you (“Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and our company and ensure mutual success.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Program. The Program is open to both U.S.-based and international clients.

2. Program Overview

3. Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Clients may opt for payment plans over the course of the Program.

4. Client Responsibilities

To participate effectively, the Client agrees to:

Submit all intake forms before the start of the program.

Complete their builds within the first 4 weeks.

Attend all scheduled sessions.

Maintain regular communication with their assigned account manager.

Complete assigned tasks and action steps within agreed timelines.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact your results and nullify refund eligibility.

5. Performance Guarantee / Refund Policy

To qualify, the Client must:

7. Post-Program Support

Following the initial 90 days, Clients may opt into a continuation/maintenance program

By enrolling in the Program, the Client consents to:

The use of testimonial statements, reviews, screenshots, video/audio recordings, and results data for marketing, educational, or promotional use.

Action Button Media retaining and using this content without additional compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Client agrees to hold Action Button Media harmless for:

Any direct or indirect losses, injuries, or disruptions resulting from participation

Business outcomes or missed opportunities

Account restrictions, shutdowns, or rejections by platforms such as Google, Yelp, or others

Client acknowledges they are engaging in the Program at their own risk and assume full responsibility for how the strategies are implemented in their business.

10. Intellectual Property

All Program content, systems, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of Action Button Media. Clients may not reproduce, sell, share, or distribute this material without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts of King County, WA.
